Kenneth Starr admits he omitted in FBI report that Hillary Clinton triggered Vince Foster's suicide https://t.co/HgIyJbM32p
— Jack Posobiec 🇺🇸 (@JackPosobiec) April 11, 2019
...During the White House meeting, Hillary continued to humiliate Foster mercilessly, both former FBI agents said.
'Hillary put him down really, really bad in a pretty good-size meeting,' Copeland said. 'She told him he didn't get the picture, and he would always be a little hick town lawyer who was obviously not ready for the big time.'
Indeed, Hillary went so far as to blame Foster for all the Clintons' problems and to accuse him of failing them, according to Clemente, who was also assigned by the FBI to the Starr investigation and who probed the circumstances surrounding Foster's suicide....
...The FBI agents' findings are included in their reports of interviews, according to David Paynter, the archivist who read the reports when cataloging them at the National Archives. However, I found that those reports are now missing from the appropriate files at the National Archives in Suitland, Maryland.
After I filed a Freedom of Information Act request for the records, John Valceanu, the archives' director of communications and marketing, confirmed that the records could not be located, but he said that did not necessarily mean that they had been stolen....
'Starr didn't want to offend the conscience of the public by going after the first lady,' Clemente said. 'He said the first lady is an institution. He acted most of the time as a judge instead of as an investigating prosecutor, and then he hired attorneys who went to the other extreme.'
Told that Starr justified his decision to exclude the fact that Hillary was the chief culprit in Foster's suicide by saying he did not want to 'inflict additional pain,' Clemente, now a retired FBI profiler, commented that Starr 'looked at every issue as an intellectual exercise and was a gentleman in every way. If he had any flaw, perhaps it was that he was too kind.'

That attorney held a key role during two high-profile investigations — the Clinton investigation and the Trump-Russia investigation.https://t.co/3u6qH9AXDw
...Baker was the FBI's top lawyer from 2014 to 2018, and he held that key role during two high-profile investigations — the Clinton investigation and the Trump-Russia investigation.
The FBI’s investigation of Hillary Clinton’s private email server and her mishandling of classified information, dubbed Midyear Exam, ended with no charges ultimately being filed. During his testimony, Baker described Clinton’s behavior as “alarming” and “appalling." Baker said he “argued with others about why they thought she shouldn’t be charged” although he ultimately agreed with the decision not to charge her.
Baker also admitted that, upon seeing some of the texts exchanged between FBI special agent Peter Strzok and FBI lawyer Lisa Page, he was “quite alarmed” and “concerned about is whether any decisions had been taken — or not taken — in the Midyear case that were driven by political bias of any sort.”....
James Baker, the former top lawyer of the FBI, told lawmakers last fall that there were widespread concerns inside the FBI that President Donald Trump had attempted to obstruct the bureau's investigation into his campaign's links to Russians https://t.co/fjFp331BS8

— Washington Examiner (@dcexaminer) April 9, 2019
President Trump's decision to designate Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard as a terrorist group is a long overdue step that will help put the squeeze on one of the leading drivers of instability in the Middle East.
The IRGC is a special branch of Iran's armed forces that exists to protect the regime's Islamic government and its global interests. Over the decades, IRGC has helped to squash internal dissent, built up terrorist groups abroad (especially Hezbollah), helped oversee the nuclear program, and played a destabilizing force through proxies in Iraq, Syria, and Yemen.
Whenever Iran is working against United States interests, the IRCG is playing a central role, and this includes using terrorism as a tactic.....

The random acts of vandalism against the Humboldt County Republican Party headquarters are starting to look less random.
The large storefront window on the main drag in Eureka, California, was shattered March 27, when someone threw a brick through the glass, marking the fifth time the office has been damaged or defaced since early 2018.
“I’m a retired police officer, and it’s been a little frustrating because the local police say, ‘Oh, it’s random vandalism,’ except it’s happened five times to us and nobody else,” said Humboldt County GOP Chairman John Schutt.
Last week, the California Republican Party launched a fundraiser to help the office pay for the damage, which so far has exceeded $2,000.
“Interesting enough, the Humboldt County Democrats have NOT had their office vandalized,” the California Republican Party said in its plea. “From Berkeley to Humboldt, conservatives who dare speak their mind are increasingly at risk for their safety.”
Republican National Committeewoman Harmeet K. Dhillon tweeted on March 30th that “political violence is on the rise in our country, mainly targeting conservatives.” ...

....Not all taxes are evil. Some are justified. But many are unwarranted. And others are eye-rollers.
One of the more controversial and annoying taxes currently being proposed is a state levy on sugary soft drinks. More on that later.
Here’s an eye-roller: A bill that would authorize San Francisco to turn its crooked Lombard Street — a tourist attraction after so many movie appearances — into a toll road, maybe even requiring reservations. Think they have a traffic jam now on weekends? Wait until cars are lined up behind a tollgate.
There are a whole bunch of taxing ideas in the Capitol: on new tires, firearms, water, prescription painkillers, lawyers, car batteries, corporations based on their CEO pay, estates worth more than $3.5 million, oil and gas extraction. The list goes on.
The oil and gas extraction tax is long overdue. We’re the only major oil-producing state without one. It would raise an estimated $1.5 billion a year.
The California Tax Foundation has counted more than $6.2 billion worth of tax increase proposals pending in the Legislature. It expects the figure to grow substantially as bills are amended with details.....
